You may not modify, copy or distribute any content contained on this website without obtaining granted permission from Amtec Design.

Web Design
All webdesign completed by Amtec Design will also include a small text link along with your copyright statement. This URL will link back to Amtec Design's website and will remain unobtrusive on the client's website. If the client chooses not to opt in for this recognition of work, the client may then be included on the portfolio section of this website.

Services
All content contained therein is strictly copyright unless otherwise specified. The aide of stock photography on some websites, banners, logos, images are obtained by "stock.xchng" and respectfully adheres to the terms of usage. These stock photographs are not for sale and are purely for display purposes only.

Content Usage
The use of unacceptable content is strictly prohibited. Amtec Design will, under no circumstances, create any website or project that is in anyway associated with the content specificied below.

Examples of unacceptable content:

• Piracy and/or Hacker programs, scripts, archives, codes or any form of corruptive data
• Child pornography, Animal Cruelty, Hate Propaganda
• Linking to Warez sites, Pornography & other Obscenities
• Any content that promotes hatred, cruelty, bullying
• Spamming, Phishing & Email Scammers are strictly forbidden
• Any content that promotes illegality, slander or offensive material

Any website or project that requires the above will be reported to the relevant authorities immediately and will be banned from this website.

Saftety Awareness
At Amtec Design we are concerned for the safety and privacy of all our clients, visitors and online community. Parents/Guardians who allow their children to access this website do so at their own risk and should be properly supervised at all times. As this website contains services which contain communications facilities such as email, bulletin boards, chat areas, forums and other messaging facilities the onus is on the parent/guardian to use parental responsiblity at all times. As this is a public access website Amtec Design will try our utmost to maintain a secure website however the responsiblity to air on the side of caution is down to the end user. Always use caution when revealing personal information about you or your children online.

Forum Protocol
When using our online forum please do not give your username, password or any sensitive information to any third party. This information will only be for you and Amtec Design will never ask you for it. If you choose to register to become part of the online community you do so on the understanding that you agree to adhere to our rules and guidelines. If you do not, an immediate suspension will take place without question. You may not re-register or use another person's account, this act is strictly forbidden and is viewed as an abuse of our service.

Hot Linking
It is imperative that all users understand that we do not condone backlinking, hot linking or any association with another website unless otherwise stated by Amtec Design. We will not tolerate bandwidth theft or abuse. Any user suspected of this act will be thoroughly investigated and if responsible their account will be permanently suspended.
