Q. Is having your own website expensive? What are the costs?
A. At Amtec Design we believe in affordability and competitiveness. We offer a cost affective service at realistic prices whilst still maintaining professionalism and a first rate service. As many websites and requests vary from each clientele it is impossible to say what costs will be incurred until you contact us and discuss what you would like. Amtec Design offer a wide range of services including site updates, re-design and creation. In addition we also offer graphic design solutions such as banners, logos and business cards. There are always varying requirements and requests but you can always be guaranteed a competitive and most importantly an affordable rate.

Q. I would like to have my own personal website, what do I need?
A. Congratulations on making the first step to having your own website. Here at Amtec Design we offer a complete website starter pack which includes everything you would ever need to run your own website. We also offer free live support on our website or you can join our online community forum to learn even more and perhaps in time maintain your very own website. Q. How much input do I have in the creation and development of my website?
A. Total input - 100%. This is your website after all and Amtec Design are here at your disposal. We believe that every client should have total control over their content, appearance and layout.

Q. How are payments handled? What are my payment options?
A. For new customers a total of 50% deposit upfront and the balance due after the entire project is completed. For existing and recurring customers there is no upfront deposit and the full payment is due on completion of the project. We accept payments throught Paypal, Cash and Cheque.

Q. What are your contact options?
A. You can contact Amtec Design at any time of the day or night via our online live chat support which is built into our website for your ease of use. You can leave online/offline messages for our web design and support team and we will follow up accordingly. You can also contact us via email info@amtecdesign.com or alternatively you can also contact us via telephone - details to follow shortly.
Our office hours are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. daily.

Q. How long will it take to complete my website?
A. Again this varies depending on the client's requirements. Our webdesign team understand the importance of your time and will do the utmost to ensure all projects are finished within the stated deadline of each project. Unforeseen factors such as the complexity of design, receiving files and images from clients and public holidays must also be taken into consideration. However as stated above it is our priority to ensure each client is satisifed with their website or project. At Amtec Design we believe your success is our business.
